I had a great experience with H and H today. I called them because I wanted to have my furnace inspected before winter really hit. I also needed to have my water heater repaired because my water wasn't heating. (It turned out to be the thermo compler.) Brian came around nine and was done by ten. He was extremely patient with my questions and explained everything completely. The people that answer the phone were also very patient with my calls. It should be noted that H and H installed my furnace and water heater in 1988. They are still a good company after all of these years. You cannot say that about all businesses. I plan on using them this summer when I replace my furnace and water heater and add air conditioning.
